Tauranga Jazz Festival

The National Jazz Festival in Tauranga attracts more than 60,000 people during the long Easter weekend and is by far New Zealand's largest Jazz Festival. It is the longest running Jazz Festival in New Zealand and the southern hemisphere, and one of the oldest Jazz Festivals in the world.

 

Garden and Arts Festival

The biannual Garden and Arts Festival in Tauranga is high on the agenda for those who enjoy wandering around spectacular gardens and appreciate art, sculpture, and exciting workshops.  The next Garden and Artfest will be held in November 2018, and the organisation is already planning to make it an even more exhilarating and inspiring and fun festival for all to enjoy.

 

Tauranga Arts Festival

The Tauranga Arts Festival is all about sustaining a dynamic and exciting cultural event for Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty.  See the latest from New Zealand’s best playwrights, performers and dancers, theatre direct from world stages, live music, a literary programme, major exhibitions, a schools programme, street theatre, and more. The festival offers 80 events over 10 days.

 

Tarnished Frocks and Divas

Getting bigger and better each time, this biannual show aims to inspire all women over the age of 40 to continue to challenge themselves, create new goals and to be a positive influence. Designers, performers, models, musicians and technicians work together and push further into retro, revamped and reworked to interpret the Diva style through fashion, art, music, dance, art and accessories.
