HELLO! ACCOMMODATION - FACILITIES

All our accommodation options are quiet, clean and comfortable. There are fun communal areas and - as you may expect – you’ll find a colourful arty décor all around. 

Enjoy our fully equipped shared kitchen and dining area, play games or hang out with other guests, and enjoy the great homely atmosphere at HELLO! ACCOMMODATION any time of the year. 

We make sure that the shared toilets, showers and kitchen are clean and tidy at all times, and you’d be pleased to find out that the shower pressure is great! There is a laundry space available where you can wash and dry your clothes. Tokens are available for $4, and laundry powder costs just 50c. 

 

You can use the free and fast WiFi. The connection is great. A TV, computer and printer is also available. We also offer tour bookings, towel hire, lockers, and hair dryers to name just a few more things. Our little gift shop is pretty special, too. 

There is a minimart shop at the hostel where you can buy food and non-alcoholic beverages. We offer a drug and alcohol free environment, so please keep that in mind when you visit. 

Weekly rates are available for people on a working holiday visa, and we can help you find work if you are looking for a job while you’re in Tauranga. A van can be provided for transport if you need transportation to get to work and back. 
 

Unlike many of the other local backpackers and hostels, we have a strict 'No Party' policy. Of course we encourage all kinds of fun and activities, but drinking alcohol or using drugs is not allowed on or near the premises. It’s a major point of difference of HELLO! ACCOMMODATION, as it is hugely important to us that you are safe and comfortable here. Unfortunately, our properties are not suitable for pets.
